Aurora Tractor Show

I didn't make an entry since last fall; my tractor hasn't been fixed since then, YET!

I keep ordering parts ... it's never enough ... the guys haven't had time to work on it much ... one glitch after another

The crankshaft .... OH WELL ... THAT WILL BE THE NEXT ENTRY ... THIS ONE IS ABOUT THE TRACTOR SHOW LAST WEEKEND. ....

It was overcast all day, one quick shower ... but, that way ... it didn't ever get HOT ....

That big log truck down the way caught my eye ... as well as all the green tractors.

This kid was thrilled with a Johnnie just his size!

COMPETION.  This was the slow race ... whose tractor could go the slowest without stalling out???

NICE TRACTOR, BUT ... REALLY SLOW!

The orange one is a row crop tractor ... good idea

A different sort of barrel race than at the rodeo ...

Narrow front-end tractors work much better to bump & roll the barrel to the finish line.

This guy really knows how to pop Popcorn.

Even some little put-put engines ... some called "hit & miss" (a form of idling)

Tractors of all sizes ... I didn't go back the next day for the lawn tractor pulls ... COULDN'T MISS THE LOGGER'S EVENTS AT THE IRON COUNTY FAIR ... YOU KNOW!

I THOUGHT THAT THIS TRAIL RIDE ON TRACTORS SOUNDED INTERESTING ... BUT, IT COSTS $75 ENTRY FEE.  They do have a wagon ride available, the charge is $25 ...
